How to Order

Online Payment

Use the BUY buttons found next to each item to load your shopping cart.
You can select delivery options on the cart screen.
You can pay by credit or debit card or from your Paypal or Nochex account.

PLEASE NOTE - Card payments are handled securely by Nochex and card details are not passed
to us nor stored.

You will receive email confirmation of your order and successful processing of your payment.

Orders received by 1pm UK time are normally despatched same day, but please note that this can vary during busy periods e.g. Monday.

International Orders - we can ship to many countries, but because of insurance restrictions we can
no longer supply to the US and Canada.

Postal Payments

Want to pay by CHEQUE or POSTAL ORDER (UK only)?
Click on the BUY buttons and load up your shopping cart, just as you would if paying online.
You can then proceed to the checkout where you can select Pay by Cheque.
You will receive an email containing details of your order, which you can print and enclose with your payment.

UK cheques & UK postal orders should be crossed, made payable to Bitsbox, and sent to the address below.

For credit card security reasons we do not accept telephone orders.

REMEMBER: UK Delivery by first class post is only £1.50 per order.
